I believe the 950g is only for the smallest size. The bigger size would weigh more accordingly. As to whether it is safe or not would depend on a lot of variables. First and foremost would be the quality itself. Afterall, there are big brand carbon frames that weigh less and cost more. You might also want to consider how much you weight also. And etc.
I have no experience with Leadnovo frames but I have read it mentioned a few times in this forum. Just can't remember if those were reviews or just options being considered. Check out some of the posts here, they might be helpful too.
