Red annodized QR skewers: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-Pro-Road-MTB-Bike-Bicycle-Hubs-Quick-Release-Cycling-Bike-Quick-Release-Axle-Skewers-Seat/32458095975.html - These are pretty meh. The axle is semi rough, like it was made from cheap aluminum, and the screw is made of plastic. I would not recommend these.
Wire end caps: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/30Pcs-Bike-Bicycle-Brake-Shifter-Derailleur-Inner-Cable-Wire-End-Cap-Crimps-free-shipping/32598865290.html - Can't really go wrong here. They work just fine.
Chainstag protector: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Cycling-Frame-Chain-stay-Protector-Guard-chain-protector-Bike-Sport-Tool-Parts-Road-Bicycle-Chain-Protector/32228731365.html - Not bad. It's a padded fabric material, so I'm curious to see how it does when it gets wet. They didn't have a Niner logo, unfortunately.

Quality is excellent. Again, I definitely recommend these. Fitting can be weird though, but after your first order you'll get it figured out.

Pay attention to your current wheel tooth count. I tried to run the 11T on my 12T SRAM Force CX1 rear derailleur and it did not work out so well. The set I put on my MTB is just fine though. I did break my first chain after installing these, but I'm not sure what the cause was. I'll update this if it happens again.

There's a bit of overlap of the pedal spindle, but it's not problematic since it stretches out of the way.
Warm riding gloves: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/ROCKBROS-Winter-Gloves-Fleece-Thermal-Warm-Bike-Sport-Gloves-Motorcycle-Cycling-Bicycle-Equipment-Gloves-Full-Finger/32579893837.html - Minimal padding, but they've done a great job keeping my hands warm on a couple of 40*F rides. They also work with touchscreens.

It's perfect for temps into the high 30s. I just wear this and a jersey, and I still sweat. It's very, very thin, so I was kind of bummed at first. But it's comfortable, reflective, has pockets, a fleece collar, elastic cuffs/hem, etc. Definitely recommend this.

I agree with this comment. At Chinertown we like the high value of buying direct in China, but we never support counterfeited products. I'm pretty sure that they don't pay any license to "Le Tour", and really who needs that logo...
