My last purchase went well and weight was spot-on and build was good. Ordered new rims. Prices going up as the seller gains traction (no pun intended). Wanted to order from Peter but my friend had specific internal and external dimensions. Obviously not a deal breaker, but it's his dream build and he insisted so I couldn't buy from the always-helpful Peter.

Long story short: hulkbike lied about shipping the rims and ebay investigated. Hulkbike made many excuses and said 3-5 days for rims with different carbon layup, but when 5 days turned into 2 weeks the seller said "we never promised." Oh, okay, you never used the word promise. It was a waste of 2 weeks but in the big picture we got our money back and learned a lesson.
