OK, it's a large, now I don't have to feel bad about building my own :)

Yeah.. somebody is needing the cash pretty bad. Looks like a similar build to mine, but with a more expensive fork and xt instead of slx, and I wouldn't sell mine for $1400 even if I was about to get evicted.
