wanting to build one of these fm009's. There is allot of info out there on these frames, too much to take in.   is this a good option?   ill be running a wheels manufacturing ebb pf30 so my frames are limited to a pf30.       

i also want to continue to run mt adent 2.4's   will that tire fit any of these frames?

Been looking at one of these also while helping a high school racer with a build.  Seems like a great deal for the $.  Yes, your tire will fit but you should upgrade to a faster tire, the Maxxis tires are slow on rolling resistance:  https://www.bicyclerollingresistance.com/mtb-reviews

I just bought a fm-m101 from the same people. I bought it via AliExpress as I could choose different colours. I got the dark blue. The 101 the same geometry as the 009 but a BSA bottom bracket.
Took about two weeks to get to Australia. It was painted well, and looks pretty good.
It is still waiting till I get some time to build it up
