looking for a frame with modern geometry

I am interested recently in the Chinese framework, but what I could see for the moment, they are older generation executives.
very few have the boost format.
rear dimensions to 440mm .... what's that? a tank?

Since most major brands manufacture in China, why can not we find the OEM of orbea, ktm, canyon etc ...

I would dream to find the mondraker podium carbon frame, I love it.

so my question is:

which manufacturer will allow me to find a recent geo (in tune with the times)?
Chainstay length 425-430 mm
boost format

Unfortunately none. This question gets asked on a regular basis and still nothing from the known vendors. I'm hoping for something along the lines of the Transition Vanquish.

It's a pity. Modern geometry with more and more popular BOOST frame would be a bestseller...
Even my steel On-One Inbred has slacker head angle than popular chiners (analysing in AutoCAD .
Maybe in 2018 situation would change, but it may appear it is to late.

What is weird,is :
Big brand Frames are build in China or taiwan,so why could we not find them ?

It's ok for price,because we can find for 4-500$ a carbone frame,but it's old generation.

I calculate price to build my MTB.
With
 gx sram groupsets
Xt brakesets
handlebar,stem,seatpost,frame....chinese carbone
Wheelset chinese carbone or aluminium brand(fullcrum, ZTR,mavic....)
Fork sid or other with good sold price
+ Some parts to finish
1800-2000€ for approximately 9.5kg (i think it's 19lbs)

It is odd. Especially since even their "new" models are coming with 440mm chainstays. The only options so far are the 27.5+ / 29 / 29+ frames like the CS-496 from Peter. With 29x2.4 tires and a 120 to 140mm fork, it should be pretty fun and similar to the Trek Stache.

I have the Workswell version as the 496 was not available at the time, and it's been great. But it still setup as a rigid bike. Maybe I should steal the 130mm Pike and carbon 29er rims from my wife's SC Tallboy 3 and see how they ride on the WW frame. I'm not sure how much she would like that though....

Deng Fu sells a 27.5 plus. You may check it out. Most plus bikes are boost. Not sure if theirs is.

Chainstay lenght shorter = more réactive
The problem with 29" is a lumpish frame,if the chainstay length is big,the bike is slow in little corner.
Boost give a better rigidity and better chain line.

Difficult for me to explain,i haven't the good technical words.

But i prefer a 12-142 axle and RC 425mm than boost and 440mm.

The answer to the question is pretty simple.........Law. Most of the carbon frames are built in Asia by factories not owned by the bike companies. When they design a new frame and have this Asian company build it, they make them sign confidentiality agreements. They are not allowed to use any proprietary knowledge learned from building frames for others. If they do they are breaking the law and can face legal penalties not to mention loose a ton of work from others they might be building for who may no longer trust them. That's why what you see coming out of open mold designs is older technology. Those agreements on those designs have expired and the frame builder can use some of that technology on their own frames.

I have a DengFu M06 and that design incorporates some newer technologies like a 68.5 head tube angle, 73.8 seat tube angle and 435 chainstays. Yeah not 425-430 but for a full suspension frame that's pretty short. If you're looking for the latest and greatest technology from a Chiner builder you're pissing up a rope! They are not in the business of design, their forte is manufacturing.

27.5 plus is the same diameter as a 29 inch with tires mounted.. Many people run 29 inch rims and tires on their 27.5 plus bikes.

They look like the true Frame,but it is not very good build...no confidence in them.
I'm ok about your FS geometry but i want a hardtrail.

I think what Steve was saying is that you can get a 27.5+ frame and just put 29er wheels on it. Most are cross compatible.
