At this moment I ride 3 years old Mavic Aksium Elite wheelset and I'm looking for some Carbon rims to build a new wheelset with Sapim spokes and nipples and Fulcrum Racing7 hubs with 10 years old (but still like new and very good sound  )
I need for Clincher
30 mm Rim
23 mm Rim Width ??
External spokes
UD matte
Basalt brake surface ??
Anybody have opinion about my custom build and know some sellers (best Quality)?

I got my carbon wheelset from Peter (Xiamen Carbon Speed)  over a month ago. Pretty much same specs as what you're looking for. I had DT Swiss hubs and Sapim spokes to go with it. Peter have options for hubs and spokes if you're not up to the ones I got. I've pretty much put around 400km on it, with a 200km ride and a few shorter ones. Loved them.

Quality is very good. Wheelset came assembled, trued and oacked very well. Dealing with Peter is great and after sales service is top notch. I am currently in the middle of a new project and actually dealing with him. It's gonna be my 3rd with him.
