HF-FM476 Tire Clearance Really 3.2"?

Anybody have a 476 frame? I think multiple companies are selling them.

I'm looking for Chinese Carbon Hardtail that'll fit a 275x3.25" tire like the Duro Crux or Miner.

Another option is the Xiamen FM-796+.  The rear chainstay spacing for the tire is shown as 83mm (3.27") in the tech drawings.
