Low budget carbon rims for 168 USD/pair - worth the risk?

Hi,
I want to build a Salsa Fargo and found these 29er rims for 168 USD a pair:

They are about 100g heavier than the pricier model.
What do you think? Anyone knows the seller?

It is about half the price of what you can usually find amongst the seller we trust here.
You'll probably get what you paid for... but why not be the first to try  ;) ?
