they are fine, My wife and I both prefer full suspension bikes.  35+ years of riding mtb since 1984 is hard on my body.  I decided a hard tail road bike and a hard tail fat bike is fine, everything else is full squish.
Thanks !
Same here... switched to an FM936 recently, and will probably never come back to a hardtail !

Beautiful build. I've been looking at this frame and see a 22 painted on Ali with free shipping. How is it riding and holding up? Flat mount brake ok?
Thanks,

Build finished. Need some more adjustment at the shift but it seems to work well. I had just few rides but I'm very happy with it.

Isn't the rear brake a flat mount ? It looks post mount on the picture.

The rear brake is a post mount. I used an adapter PM-FM

I used FM to PM on a medium, with XTR M9000 brakes, and the brake actually touched the seat stay.  I had to grind the brake bolt to clear on the Medium FM199.  Not something I was happy with.  I was getting terrible harmonics with the rear brake set up and in the end, I had to install the caliper flat mounted with a 140mm rotor.  I tried many many combos of rotors, calipers and cleaning and could never get the harmonic squawking to go a way with a 160mm rear setup.
