FM 258 Frame - headset bearing play

Hi there,
I just recieved my FM 258 frame and I noticed that there's considerable movement or 'play' when you place the top headset bearing in the top of the head tube.
Here's a screenshot showcasing the gap.

Is this normal? Will it cause issues when tightened up? Or should this be warrantied straight away?

The movement will disappear when the address is correctly adjusted.

Is that the headset that came with the frame or an aftermarket headset you picked up?
