Pro Mance FM015 frame questions

Hey there,
I am considering this frame and had some questions for those who have built one.  Can you use an internal dropper with the frame?  Would a 27.5+ tire fit in the frame and approximately what size?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to route a dropper cable over the BB - the junction has plenty of room
