Anybody know who their OEMs are? I've been lead to believe they're purely a retail operation.
Mostly heard decent things about their customer service, and prices are good - also they're transparent with all costs listed on the site. Shipping costs appear to be very competitive - presumably because they shift way more product overseas than the actual manufacturers who sell direct do.
Depending on who actually makes their stuff, I was thinking of picking up a hardtail and a couple of stems and seatposts.
