Some more pics.  Still tuning the shifting but so far no issues.

It looks very neat.
Do you know if they sell a matching rigid fork?
Does it come with some hardware to put a front derailleur that you removed?
Did you put the chainstay protector, or was it delivered as is?

I'm wondering if this couldn't be a frame to build a gravel on a budget.

No front derailleur hardware came with the frame
I put the chainstay protector on it, used a AMS Chainguard.
