Winters are long here in northern sweden so i did some more cad work.
This came to be because i could not use my fidlock bottle holder with my oneup pump mount. The bottle needs to be able to twist to release and would hit the pump.
My design puts the pump lower out of the way. And then i got to thinking it would be fun to "even out" the design with something on the other side of the bottle holder. So i put a little box there that fits two co2 cartridges, but it can hold other stuff aswell. It is designed to fit the downtube quite snuggly, just enough room for some padding material.
I printed it in carbon fiber reinforced nylon but could be printed in abs or some other strong filament.
If anyone is interested i can upload the files!

WHAT A GREAT WORK!

i am into this very much,
could you share the files? it will gonna be very helpful and make my bike more complete!

one question, Will your feet hit the pump when pedaling?

i could share one idea and improvement for our bike experience using 3D printer as well

i also did some 3D modeling to copy https://thehafclip.com/
but i use quick release buckled instead of Self-adhesive Velcro Buckle Strap that they provide
it does improve on strapping the helmet but not quite
so if there is a way to integrate the "half clip" with FIDLOCK magnet buckle, it will be perfect....

Another LCFS947 :-)

I just finished another LCFS947. I built one for myself that I sold a year ago. I built one fpr my son who still rides it and I have built two that I have sold to my friends. But I have misset my LSCF947 so I decided to built myself a new one and now i have riden it twice and its a great bike.

I would say its a keeper, but yesterday I saw that Light Carbon is working on a new enduro frame, LCFS948...........

LCFS948 just on designing, Because we have invested too much money in the development of the new frame this year, the LCFS948 will not be completed very quickly, and sample will be tested around November.
We sent the drawings to some of our brand partners, and they put forward some modifications based on years of sales experience, so the drawings are still being modified.

Thanks. Im happy with it and considering how cheap it was with discounts it is unmatched, but it definately took some time before I got it to shine.

I just ordered a Frame in M.

Does anybody know whether a Fox Float X will fit (or does it have the same measurements as the Float X2?

Thanks!

Another one in the books. After a LC 917 and 2 Carbonda Gravels, my latest build. I didnt face any major issues (some of the other builds did… :-X)

Its an M
Parts:
Fox Factory 38 170mm
Fox Float X Factory
Oneup Dropper Post 120mm
Rims Light Carbon Enduro asymetric (would not take them again, build is a nightmare)
Hubs DT Swiss 350
SRAM Transmission GX (from what i can tell absolutely great)
SRAM Code RSC
Light Carbon Bar AM 05

Lets pray all screws and bolts hold up  ;D ;D

Loving all the builds. Tried to post a pic of mine, but the system doesn’t seem to like it. Maybe I’ll try just a text post first.

Long shot I know but JIC- I have an XL frame I'd like to trade for a M.

I rode it for one season, really liked it but ended up on an XXL Spire that fits me better at 6'4".  Was really impressed with the frame though and would like to build one for my wife.  I'm in north Idaho, probably best to stick to states/ Can for shipping purposes.

Frame is in great shape with no issues, major dings, etc.
