yes if i fit the 29er wheel 2.1 or 2.25 tyre it will not turn in the frame

Looks like you got the wrong size. Send them the pics.

Definitely looks like the wrong frame. Send them another message with pics and a link to this thread.  If that doesn't help then lodge a claim with Aliexpress or your bank.

i just recieve the information from ali express so i can return this frame  . but i like it
if i re -order a new one will this be a 29 er ??
i will try to contact the factory to geve me some information
