I'm also interested in that frame and seller so would be good to hear how you progress.

The Miracle R12 looks to be identical to the Yoeleo R12 2020 model, the geometry, weight and looks of the frame match exactly so I'd be surprised if it wasn't just a rebranded frame.

Yoeleo have released a 2021 model of the R12 and have stated the differences to the 2020 model as:
1. Fits Wider Tires: max 32c (28c for previous version)
2. Hiding seat clamp inside top tube perfects frame appearance and integrity
3. Straight line design on top tube
4. Upgraded rear caliper mount with easier mounting process and better strength
5. New EPS+Latex frame molding tech makes frameset lighter and smoother for cable routing

Geo remains exactly the same as the 2020, however the cost of the 2021 is $1,250, so almost double the 2020 Miracle frame you're looking at!

As far as I know, Miracle is the factory and Yoeleo is a reseller (I bought an R11 from Yoeleo -- more details in my thread).
