They sell shimano rc3’s for $60 usd equiv in rmb. Shoes retail for $120 so i would think not, but i havent bought from them.

The RM prices are in Malaysian Ringgint (MYR), not RenMinbi (RMB), so a different exchange rate (USD 1 = MYR4.3) . The RC300 retail at RM459, or USD109.

They have a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/icebikeheaven/) and a Shopee (think Malaysian AliExpress) page https://shopee.com.my/icebikeheaven.

You can check reviews there. They are pretty legitimate for local buyers, but I have no idea if they handle international deliveries as smoothly.
