Oh, did not know that. So you could just get a couple of new GRX shifters and a 12 speed cassette and you've upgraded to 12 speed? You wouldn't even need to replace the brake cables if you have a few cm's extra in the frame  :)

Yeah you should be good to go! Though it makes more sense with the new 1x12 GRX RD since the two versions can handle a larger capacity cassette versus 11 speed.

New magene bike computer that seems to directly rival the 830/840, cheaper than the IGS630

Looks sick on paper and I'm glad I missed out on a 630 purchase. Would love to hear from youtube folks if magene sent one their way for review

What's the model number? That link goes to home page.

Copy and paste the link in a new browser window usually works.
Magene C606.
Looks promising

Tried the link copy paste, same result but for a change search function on Aliexpress worked. Lucky day, thanks for the model number!

I don't know why people put the AliExpress links in a wrong way, it is not that difficult !

Just use the magene site for (most of) their products.

The magene bike computer (606?) has 4G storage, wonder if it's enough?

Yes that's plenty. For reference all of australia is 3GB. The largest gpx file I have is 3mb. Workout files are mere kilobytes.
Garmin advertising 64gb storage on newer models or whatever is extremely gimmicky. Unless you somehow need to download all the continents and store movies 4GB is fine

You have the EXACT same link as me, I didn't fuck up cleaning the link from tags. No need to be condescending, the issue is not my link but probably in how the forum handles redirections

TidyDinosaur

The original link worked fine for me...

For me, aliexpress.com links on this forum sometimes end up in a wonky redirect that doesn't work properly, while aliexpress.us links do what they're meant to do (it may be different based on your location).

https://aliexpress.com/item/1005006457498617.html -> redirect that ends up on the AliExpress home page
https://aliexpress.us/item/1005006457498617.html -> gets me to the product page

I swear the link was working when I post it, so must have been automatically modified by the forum later.

The IGS630 is a solid unit. Though it's always good to have competition. I'll definitely wait to see how the reviews pan out on the Magene C606. For those in the US, it already has a placeholder link on Amazon for prime purchase. Units aren't available yet.
