Whats's your current bike frame model and size, including headset spacers used if any and stem length?
Also are you currently using a seat post with a setback?

For the vb-r-066 and CF-025 I was looking more towards the physical looks actually. They look 99.999% similar to the Canyon Endurace.
Geometry wise they could turn out to be endurance frame for others though, since everyone's body type is different. A few spacers, stem length etc can be use to fit a frame on person to person basis within certain margins.

I understood it should be

I guess it is  a Canyon Endurace CF in size M.
If the 1056 is 1cm longer than the Endurace.. it may be also an option to take a slightly shorter stem. 90mm instead of 100mm. This won't lead to a crazy steering.
I ride 80mm , this is the Canyon factory setup.

So this is not an endurance but Gravel frame: http://tantancycling.com/index.php?_m=mod_product&_a=view&p_id=827
If it's an option... frankly I wouldn't want a Gravel as Endurance road bike, but also the Endurace CF is having that focus.
