I needed to attach my SRAM AXS trigger pod to my Shimano XT lever but couldn't find something that worked well and that moved the trigger pod left of the lever. A 'left' version of this adapter was exactly what I needed. Not much else to say. A bit on the expensive side, but other name brand solutions were double the price.
