I have ones just like these.  it looks like the store i bought mine from no longer sells them but i am a big fan.  they are truly 7g and they actually have a surprising amount of grip.  definitely a road bike cage but even light gravel and these would be fine.  hours of washboard and singel track would not be a good idea.

6.4 for the cage plus ti bolts puts it at 8.7g total per cage.
