Yesterday I asked Yishunbike about shipping (to Germany) and the cost of the frameset.
But I fear that there is an agreement with "Guerciotti" that this frame will not be sold to private consumers within the EU...

I asked them about these frames in April. They said the frames were brand new and have a MOQ of 50 pieces for 2023.

Yes, that would also be a point that could be improved.
I think that could probably be feasible as a "special request".
