Without any spec that's a bit weird question.  :-X
There's plenty of options for rims and hubs but most of them will be probably not what you want.

if you are sub 90kg the light bicycle AR25s are going to be the lightest.  there are also some Fiber In rims that are sub 300g with no weight limit.  as for hubs, extralite, Tune DT Swiss 180 are probably the lightest.  however, novatec 411/412 are super light and affordable, venfort makes a super light DT 180/240 clones that are way cheaper than the other.
For spokes, pilar 1420 DT swiss aerolight are the lightest.  if you have the $$ then Berd or Pi Rope will save you another 100g over the Pilar/DT Swiss options.

I hvae the novatec/fiber in combo and they are sub 1100g.

Do you have a link for the fiber in rims?

One more vote for the Novatec hubs. I have been looking for alternative hubs on Ali and you can find some that are 50-60gr lighter. But I am a Novatec fan for the simplicity of their hubs and especially because they just work (after you replaced the original set of bearings after a few 100km's that is) and it it very easy to get replacement parts...
You can get a less known brand hub that is lighter, but what if the freehub gets damaged (happens a lot judging by the reviews of for example Goldix hubs) and you have to order one from china... 1 month without a bike if you are unlucky. You can get Novatec replacement parts from their own (EU) website or from a lot of online bike stores.
Combine the 411/412 hubs with 315gr carbon rims and Sapim laser spokes and you have a 1200gr wheel :)

You're probably better of just ordering the complete wheels from them. When I was looking for a high rim wheelset I came across Fiberin and they have a gravel wheelset with 45mm rims and the 411/412 hubs for less money than you can find the parts on their own. I bought them last year and they are great. I use them on my roadbike with 28mm tires now.

This is how I would go unless you are looking to go Berd or pi rope spokes.  They can build with all the lightest spoke options.  These are the rims though.  They are true to the weight.  I have 3 sets and all where at or under the 280g

okay, so if i search for about 45 mm high rims and i want to take the whole wheelset is the lightcarbon (https://de.lightcarbon.com/lightcarbon-ultra-light-and-stiff-disc-brake-road-wheels-with-carbon-spokes_p208.html) one of the best choices, or would you recommend something better, is there something lighter possible?
what do you say about the depth? thought that 45 would be a good allrounder, livin in berlin here evereything is flat but sometimes in freiburg, the black forest with a lot of mountains.

I ride(and love  8)) these on my road bike https://www.lightbicycle.com/700C-tubeless-bicycle-wheels-32mm-wide-40mm-deep-clincher-for-cyclocross-road-and-gravel-bikes.html , with 28mm tires.
You could order them with aero carbon spokes, that would save 100-150g compared to CX-Ray's
