Not what you asked for, but maybe an option, if you're OK with DIYing: I've seen people use gutted/modded/cut dropbar brake lever housings for exactly that purpose. There should also be a few off-the-shelf options.
Might be a little heavier and not look as rad, though. But of you use bar tape, it's probably good enough for the style police.
