Velobuild sent incorrect stem, ghosted me and delays shipping replacement

Just a quick update on this: I did eventually receive the stem even though it took a really long time. The tracking they provided started providing information around 15 days after they told me they had shipped it but had to wait a really long time before receiving it. My shipping address is in California, US but I guess they labeled it wrong because it got shipped to Canada before it got shipped back to California  ::)

I just kind of left it. I'm worn out about the whole situation and just took the loss.

Same here haha, just gonna respray the bike myself next summer.
