Stumbled on this cranks https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008771683371.html

24mm axle and 3-bolt interface. I have a really good power meter spider and this could be the cheapest option to get PM to my new BB86 frame. Anyone has any experience with them or other Bigrock parts?
Pulled the trigger, waiting for the delivery and will report the general impression after riding.

As long as you are using the correct spider for the 110 BCD they will fit.
Slow on the climb. And everywhere else.

Hi guys,

any predictions on Magene QED chainrings being compatible with LEXON cranks?
They are 4-bolt 110mm BCD.

Got the response from Magene tech support on that. Looks like the chance for a compability is really high as they fit CYBREI and ELILEE cranks. Really nice option as QED chainring set weighs 143g for 50-34T and costs $75 only.

Sharing a recent experience with the Lexon crankset that I purchased through the "RYET Official Store" on Aliexpress.
175mm crank length and 24mm spindle drove me to Lexon, purchased during a deal together with a Xcadey power meter.
Torqued the left and right bolt to 45Nm specification, left me with a 5mm gap to a Shimano pressfit bottom bracket which I considered too much to close with spacers and the preload adjuster.
Contacted the seller, they asked for pictures. Sent them pictures showing an effective spindle length of 95mm and Q-factor of 153mm.
Both is +2mm over their specification, waited for feedback, they asked I return it to them directly for refund.
Overall quite disappointed with the product and the support.

DXF only offers 172.5mm crank length, any other idea who would offer 175mm crank length and 24mm spindle?
Seems Rockbros does...who manufactures the crank for Rockbros, anybody any experience with the Rockbros carbon crank (other than the "polarizing" crank marking)?

If it doesn´have to be carbon, look for Senicx.

Received the cranks today. All is very well packaged, finish is great, have enough spacers and accessories to (probably) accommodate any frame. Smooth surface of the titanium axle is 92mm which is pretty much in line with my Hollowtech axle (~93 mm). The bolt that fix the axle to the crank feels dangerously light. Considering the issues mentioned in the thread I will ask my milling guy to made a proper steel bolt prior to installation. Will write back again to report how it rides and feels.

Fyi all of these are this length people just seem not to mind having to add 4-5mm of spacers L and R. I complained as well and got a partial refund.

Can you confirm you added 4 to 5mm spacers, that you were able to adjust the preload and are just living with the increased q factor?
Where did you add the spacers, how many left and right (any impact on chainline) and out of curiosity: how much partial refund have you been offered?

I have added maybe 4 mm and it works fine. Tbh I screwed up the negotiation about the refund up a bit (because I thought I didn’t have any power since I’ve already used the crank so a return wasn’t possible and I didn’t want to deal with them anymore for 40€ or whatever)

Used or not, product is out of specification so I wonder if AliExpress would accept the return at any time?
So far I found them very helpful when they stepped in, even if the seller did not accept the request.
How much partial refund have you received and where did you add the 4mm spacers (drive side, non-drive side)?

I didn’t receive any.
And I’m beyond the 90 days.
Can’t tell you for sure anymore, was a bit trial and error. But I think I’ve done like 2+1.5 and gained equivalent distance from the bottle cage bolt.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a pair of lexon carbon cranks with a DUB axle. I tightened the spider on the drive side to the required torque. There is still a considerable gap between the crank and the spider (can fit a small coin in there). Is that normal? It is quite difficult to make it work with the front mech because the chainset so far on the inside. In case this is not normal, any idea how to fix this? Thank you for your help!

You need to remove the coin, silly!
Sorry. I wanted to resist, but you tempted me ...
(Aka: Look what you made me do)

Just and armchair engineer diagnosis here: A few posts above, there is a picture of what seem to be spacers with the same pattern as the spider's interface. Maybe those have to be used? Really just guessing, I don't have the cranks.

Mine didn’t come with any spacers. My guess is that the spider should sit sit further outside on the axle, eliminating the gap between them and also moving the chainring further out too. But the spider almost appears to be stuck halfway on the axle.

I just received round spacers. No interface shaped spacers.
If I remember correctly there’s also no single spacer that’s next to the spider locking and the other ones are smaller in outer diameter than the inner diameter of the locking. So they don’t do anything. Or I’m plain wrong. Either way.
