Ulefone for a GPS navigation module?

I am looking for a smart phone, with long battery life, a decent higher resolution screen, and a good built in GPS chip/antenna that I can use for my GXP file route navigation.  (Strava, or Trail Forks, or Ride with GPS.)

I found the Ulefone Power Armor 13, 13200mAh,   for a decent price, but have found only a couple of reviews that indicates that the GPS works well in trees, canyons and the mountains.
For this usage, strictly cycling route navigation or hiking, I will not subscribe to a cell phone calling and data plan.  I will only use wifi for internet and data downloads. The intent if for navigation only.

Have any of you discovered a good. less than $200 USD smart phone with multi-day battery life, that is as close to being as good as a Gramin or other dedicated GPS navigators?
