I'm not sure which rate services like 1ST, UniUni or Cainiao pay. Are they consolidating packages and sending them to a sorting center in the US so they can just pay $100 for a containerful of packages? Are they classified as non-postal services so they are paying 30% in tariffs which is still better than the 125-145% tariffs before?
I am willing to bet not even the administration knows.
