I pulled the trigger on the Elita One Master seat post. It came up on Early Bird special for $23 USD and I wanted a °5 degree seat post anyways. I'll report back when I get it and hopefully I don't get shish kebab'ed!  ;D

Did a quick test today on a new build I am breaking in. Seatpost worked fine. When I was initially building my new setup a small crack of the cosmetic layer made a small noise, contacted Elita and they said not to worry about it and would replace it if need be. Initial parcel was sent with the wrong internals but was quickly corrected by Elita. Will try to give a full review in a few weeks. Must say it looks amazing. Can't comment on the compliance, its feels  as solide as my previous Thompson Elite.

Hmmm can you show a picture of this cosmetic crack? Seems a bit concerning despite Eliza’s reassurances.

here you go

I have one, had to sand it down to fit the seattube, it's prone to slippage, and it only takes oval rails. then again it held up for a few years now and does flex. For the same price I just bought a used genuine canyon one tho, so I wouldn't buy again. I have that lexon too, hassle free, if I wasn't invested already, I'd probably buy the elita one.

How does the lexon compare compare to the canyon one? Are the copies even close or worth it?

I have just fitted the Lexon seatpost to a new bike, but haven't put significant miles on it, yet.
The Lexon very much is a regular seatpost, while the Canyon / Ergon seatpost has a significant amount of flex in it - from a comfort perspective the Lexon is nowhere near the Canony / Ergon design.
I also bought a Elita One Master, but have not mounted it to a bike, at all.

The lexon one claims it helps with vibrations. I plan on doing a 10k tour but it might be worth getting the real thing or even the red shift one for my case but nice to see other options.

I've been riding my Master seat post for the last week with no issues. The one bolt clamping mechanism is actually quite stable. The circular rail clamps produce equal compression forces making the whole thing sturdy. In terms of ride quality, it's barely noticeable, so I'm guessing it's doing the job of dampening vibration. I also made sure to add carbon paste and greased the bolt.

I will still have to ride it for awhile to see how the carbon holds up, but so far it feels quite good.  :)

Damn, how'd you do that? The older I get, the more I worry about small injuries taking me out!

Condolences to your achilles, those injuries tend to be caused by just about nothing at all.

I recently recieved an Elita Master with offset for a build i am planning, and it looks just great. As a note, they've so blatantly copied the THM product down to the manual. What they've really done a bad job with is the half-shells clamping the seat inside the circle, they're just a little crude and i think i was unlucky - even over-torquing it won't secure the half-shells properly within the circle for me, so in order to mount the seat at all i will have to fill in the space with some thick adhesive tape and carbon paste. Unfortunately buyer protection has expired so i won't bother to refund it, seems like broken seatpost carbon splinters lodged in my behind is somewhere in my future.

As an additional note, i just recently discovered the Elita One rebranded as an THM Mandibula post at about double the price (~$80), even though it seems to be the same product. Looking at this listing it seems to use one additional screw which Elita One doesn't seem to use.

It now also comes in "chameleon" color. Listing here, still available at early bird at time of writing: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008784168988.html
