Tried to contact them back in 2022. They replied but apparently they are not interested to deal to direct consumer. Instead they give contact of their client such as Nich for SEA region.
I sent an question to:ALLYN@ADAPT-BIKE.COM; AMIN@ADAPT-BIKE.COM, but none of them response, you used some other email ?
