Unsure about new customers, but I bought my SP-M861 through aliexpress and they had DM'd me there about the replacement. I got mine quick, and have it installed on my frame already.

Unfortunately, after more than 2 months, nothing has yet arrived. I wasn't even provided with shipping tracking....

Im thinking about buying this frame too.  Im happy to see new frames come already with the aluminum part replaced, but not crazy about their apparent slack on fulfilling their obligations in terms of warrany...

I would not trust buying the 861, even though it's an aluminum rocker since the failure also happens in the rear triangle upper link, indeed the 868 has a new rear triangle hopefully is bug fixed

Thank you for your suggestion.
For SP-M861 frame. We will manufacture two versions.
Version 1, all internal cables, cables passing through the headset.
Version 2, half internal cable, cable does not pass through the headset.
