Bought from their website. Obviously complained, but I'm not holding my breath for any reply.
Compared to promised sending/shipping time, it took almost 3 times as long to get it.
So not great all together.

"This is normal, because they are hand painted and all of them have different patterns."

Well, unique for sure :/ i've ordered two frames from SPcycle and was overall happy with their services, sorry that You pulled the short straw on the painter
