I've only purchased 35mm wide carbon rims from xmcarbonspeed.com, and they are very nice.  CS offers lots of spoke and hub options if you want something particular, otherwise the off-the-shelf wheel builds are probably similar between Lightbikes and CS.

Hello, I have bought 3 sets of wheels from xmcarbonspeed. 2 sets of carbon fat bike wheels and 1 set of the 35mm boost 27.5 wheels (NSS HR740C). I have had great luck with all of these. I run the boost wheels on a new bronson and have thoroughly tested them in Moab on the enchilada as well as ahab. No issues at all. Great finish on the rims and the hubs are holding up as well. They are easy to deal with and can be trusted. Let me know if you need any further info.

Also consider Nextie.  I've had good experiences with them, but have never bought plus rims.
