XP-09 or something else?

I'm trying to figure out what frame this is.

The geo number are more modern than any other hardtail I've found. It looks like imust's xp09 but the geo is very different.

Doesn't look like a bad frame, geometry looks pretty good.

The only thing is the $700 price tag on the amazon listing. It's got to be available for less somewhere else.

Check out Velobuild.  It might be cheaper there.
