Did you ask the seller already?
It looks to be a big hole compared to the width, so my bet is PF30 with 46mm  8)
This looks like the Tideace 009 which is a very good frame.

thanks for the information! i treid to ask the seller but i cant figure out how.... oh well i figurd $250 cad shipped was too good to pass up. will follow up when it arrives
