I bought semi-metallic brake pads from Kingstop on Ali Express for my GRX calipers and they are very good so far. I've been using 'Cooma' branded pads, specifically the pink ceramic pads which have been working well. Only sold by Alpha cycling store, so there is some consistency there

I expect a lot of people would want something like this as a down-country/short travel trail bike because of the TT and reach numbers. Which means most would like to see the seat tube lengths shrink by about 30mm for every size in your geo chart for fitting longer dropper posts and lower standover. You might run out of room for a second bottle cage, but you can move it under the downtube.

Ive purchased a bunch of small things that have already been mentioned. The one thing I keep coming back to is the Mixed 5D saddle. Great shape and padding, while only 120g. I put one one all my bikes. It survived a pretty abusive XC season as well.
