29er / Re: IP-036 29er Full Suspension Carbon Frame Build
« on: August 10, 2015, 09:22:38 AM »
CarbonSpeed, Iplay, Hongfu, Dengfu, Miracle, Ican all sell 036 FS frames which are made in same factory.

We sell frames everyday, so the inventory changes every day. Sometimes we sell same size same BB frames very well in a same day, we have to arrange production again so the lead time will be around 45-55 days. And our factory makes frames in UD finish mostly, if you need 3K weave frame, the lead time will be same 90-100 days even longer from all above companies.

Some customers want cheaper price, some want less lead time, but I think most would like best service before and after ordering. Anyway hope all guys can get what they want and no quality or warranty issues.

29+ & 27+ / Re: Can 29er MTB frame assembled with 27.5er wheels?
« on: August 04, 2015, 10:56:36 PM »
Finally he sent me couple of pictures.

And this is what he said:

Hi Peter, the 29" 40mm rims
Are working great. I mounted the chupacabra 29x3.0 tires on them for
My wife's bike, a carver gnarvester which
Is designed for 3.0 tires.

I am attaching a few pictures of the
Clearance on the CS-256 with the
27.5x40mm rims and the WTB trailblazer
Tire ( 27.5x2.8 )
The clearance works but is pretty
Tight. The width of the tire is 66mm
And the internal width of the bottom
Chainstays is 70mm so you end up with
About 2mm on each side.
It works but a frame with wider chainstays

I hope these information would be helpful

Sorry, the tires are 2.8'', not 3.0''

Here is the original email record from that guy:

"Hi Peter, here is a couple pictures of
The CS-256 with the 27.5x40mm wheelset
Mounted with WTB trailblazer 2.8 in the rear
And Vee trax fatty 2.8 in the front.
The WTB is slightly slimmer than the Vee tire
And fits the rear nicely, the Vee is to wide for the
Rear but fits nicely in the rockshox SID 29er 100mm fork."

29er / Re: CS-041

Here are some pictures of CS-041 in 17''.  there is no connecting braze between top tube and seat tube
The pictures shows a connection bridge between the top and seat tube. Do you have real pictures of a 17"version without ?

Hi Peter, do you have some comment on the new frame compared to the 256, in what it is better?

This frame is super light but same stiff even stiffer than 256 SL frame. one of my customers won first prize on his CS-041 bike.

Here are some pictures, for some reasons I have to cover up his brand.

What do you guys think about our newest design rims 30mm depth 30mm width ? They are finished as wheelset, we can make these rims in XC and AM version, XC rims weigh around 380g/piece and you can see XC wheels without external spoke holes weigh around 1400g/pair

The rims without external spoke holes are better for tubeless, but only the rims depth higher than 27mm can be drilled like this, or it is hard to assemble the wheels.

We are planning to make 28mm depth 29er rims similar to Nox offset rims as well. we haven't listed these rims and wheels on our website yet
