All you need is the standard 180mm adapter. If you are using a shimano disc just buy a shimano 180mm adapter. https://www.jensonusa.com/Shimano-180mm-Is-Disc-Brake-Adaptor-51mm-IS-Mount-74mm-Rear-180mm-RTR?pt_source=googleads&pt_medium=cpc&pt_campaign=shopping_us&pt_keyword=&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuarEsI7y2wIVgX1-Ch21HA9qEAQYASABEgKIuvD_BwE (https://www.jensonusa.com/Shimano-180mm-Is-Disc-Brake-Adaptor-51mm-IS-Mount-74mm-Rear-180mm-RTR?pt_source=googleads&pt_medium=cpc&pt_campaign=shopping_us&pt_keyword=&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuarEsI7y2wIVgX1-Ch21HA9qEAQYASABEgKIuvD_BwE)

Yes, but you generally need a PM/PM adapter unless you use a slightly less common IS caliper:

Other brands provide them too: Hope, Shimano, SRAM,...
