Re: Lightcarbon LCFS937 Build Hey flimkay2k9.. that was me that banned you by mistake. I apologize. I've been trying to be proactive with spam prevention on the boards by watching the newly registered accounts and banning them before they get a chance to spam... accidentally banned you. Sorry.

Welcome to the forums and looking forward to following along with your build thread!

Re: CS-156 FS 27.5 Frame 16'' BB30 by Peter
I finally found a brake caliper that fits through much trial and error.  Finding a caliper that fits on this frame should have been made easier by Peter and his design engineers.   :(

Any chance you can post a link, details or description to make it easier for those coming after you?

Re: Carbonda fm936 Thoughts
Does anyone knows if a piggyback shock (like the FOX DPX2) will fit in the frame?

Havn't tried it, but think it will fit... A bottle fits in the frame, so why would a piggyback wouldn't.

Another question... How tight is your lower linkage bolted together; howmany newtonmeters?

Just talked with Adam about my issue and ge said he wanted to send me new aluminium parts?! Don't think that will be the answer... He will check it with qc.

Chinese fat carbon frame accepting 27.5 x 4.5 tires...and frame size 19 or 20in? Hi guys,

I can't find such frame! Any open mold for the Farley or Pivot fat bike?

I have seen a company doing 16 or 18in frames but I need a bigger one!

Thanks for the help!

Re: LCFS 958 build help Hey, surprised you haven't gotten a reply. I'm not sure how much help I'll be as I'm just getting back into bikes but it's not too difficult. You might want to start with a budget to get component selection going in right direction. I've always liked shimano so a 1x12 Deore or SLX group would make for a great first bike. For suspension you could look at lightly used stuff from pinkbike classifieds. And once you get some more specific questions you will probably get more answers. Maybe see if you can find someone on YouTube with the frame and message them to see if they have a parts list?

I don't know what the difference in the frames is, but check out this thread: https://forums.mtbr.com/29er-bikes/light-carbon-fs937-downcountry-29er-build-1101497.html

Good luck and don't be too discouraged by the lack of replies. This place can get slow at times and I get the feeling that many of us are looking at these frames but haven't built one yet so can't give more detailed info but that's just an impression I get from reading here for a while.

Dengfu E10 frame & Bafang M500 Motor I've been waiting for a long time for there to be a good option in the open mold Chinese carbon E-Bike frame category and a powerful but budget E-Bike motor that will fit it and I think I've found it. Came across this guy's video on YouTube and thought I would share it here for inspiration. I think I'll use this build as a template for an E-bike build of my own sometime this year. Excited to see this space develop and grow and present even more affordable options.

As the title says, the frame is a Dengfu E10 (a bit too much travel for my needs, actually). Link to Dengfu E10: http://m.dengfubikes.com/index.php?s=/230.html
And the E-Bike motor is the Barang M500, which from what I see so far has really good user reviews. Here's the product page for the M500: https://bafang-e.com/products/motors/m-series/m500/ and the product page to the rest of Bafang's M series motors: https://bafang-e.com/products/motors/m-series/

Video of the Chinese E-Bike build:

I'll update the thread if I move forward with the frame/build. Looking forward to hearing what you all think.
