They showcased the lcfs919 add a bike show, cant find the link. I remember it sand the 919 was basically a 917 with UDH hanger.

It is done in Europe, vin numbers on bikes are mandatory where I live.
Bikes still get stolen left and right

Only real benefit is that if you report bike stolen, they can check if it is found somewhere.
And if they catch thief red handed, there is evidence. Rarely happens.

Photos of full suspension, text says hardtail. Extremely shady, would steer clear.

See if you can move the derailleur by hand to all the gears with gear cable completely detached.
Then you know if the problem is something around the derailleur, or with the cable + shifter.

I don't know anything about Ceccotti quality, but the geometry does not include head angle, which is a bit strange. The 135mm Ceccotti is 69.5 degrees, oldschool geometry. But your 2015 frame was probably the same. Pressfit bottom bracket is a problem for some, I personally think it is ok. Requires the proper tools. Everything else looks pretty normal to me.

The qr rear axle is going to limit your choices severely. Consider finding a new boost rear wheel. Bottom bracket and crankset will probably have to be new as well. Fork, front wheel, brakes etc will likely fit.
Have a look at the recent thread on sp-m016, it is one of the cheaper frames.

Any opinion of this frame of lexon?

I like geometry, except seatstay angle. Lexons are oddly small in sizes?

Hello, Arno I think I recognize you from posts on mtb-news.de...

You have the size M sp-m05, where I think both the broken frames mentioned there was size L.
Maybe the fault is restricted to L.

I just read on the german forums how sp-cycle treats customers with broken frames. By ignoring it completely and not replying.

I think it is really hard to trust an spcycle frame given how they act.

Damn. I saw one guy on here in an old thread say the sp-m05 lasted him a long time but I have no clue how big he was or how hard he rides.

There is a guy on the German forum who said he rode more than 100k km on an an sp-m05. When asked about weight and terrain it was "woodland and meadows" whatever that means. One guy took it to a technical singletrack with rocks and roots, it cracked the same day. Another guy cracked his frame in the same place, just in front of brake mount. Both had size L. Spcycle reply was that it probably a production fault.

The Og-evkin cf-052 is an FM699 in disguise as per other threads here on chinertown.

On mtb-news.de there is stories of cracking sp-m05 frames from normal use.
I would be cautious with that one.
A shame that the cf-052 is discontinued. A boost version would be awesome.
