29er / TanTan FM10 BB Delamination - Warranty Claim

Purchased 12/20. Two Year Warranty.

Major delamination in the bottom bracket with pictures to verify.

So far two days and no response from TanTan to warranty claim email with pictures. I sent a follow-up email a bit ago.
