29er / Re: New Dangerholm inspired Scott Scale GR RC - Chinertown build?

This is exactly the build I'm hoping to do. But I was hoping to find a frame with headset routing. I know everyone hates it, but the clean look is my preference. I've had it now for 18 months on my Scott Spark and it's been no trouble at all.

Currently, no. From what I understand, that functionality is unlikely.

Dang. That would be a neat feature.

Can SRAM blips be used with a Reverb AXS seatpost?

I use these as they are lighter on my transfer sl

Interesting. I looked at these but wasn't sure how well they would work on a Transfer post.  Maybe I will order a set of those for my hard tail (has the same carbon post shown in the picture). Thanks for the tip.

On the quest for grams and inspired by 11.11 deals, I purchased the Elita One carbon hardware set for Fox Transfer dropper posts.  The kit comes with titanium hardware as well.

Overall, I am very impressed with the fit and finish of the kit.  I have~250 miles on it on my Transfer SL without issue.  It loosened up once on the first ride with the seat sliding back a bit.  Once tightened, it has been trouble free.

The weight savings is pretty great for the $15.xx purchase price.  34g (15g from Ti bolts, 19g from carbon plates) saved over factory hardware with no discernable downsides.  A recommended weight wienies mod for sure.

As an englishly-challenged, I have to ask: I assume that "Peerage" (an actual word) becomes funny if you read it "pee rage" ... yea, it actually is pretty funny. But why is everybody giggling about "Goldix"?

"Gold Dicks" - Dick being slang for penis.

I need a non-Boost fitment for SRAM 3 bolt (0mm offset). What are my options here?

Subs like fun. Maybe I should look into some upgrades for my daughter's bike... I'm afraid to open that can of worms.  ;D

The levers feel amazing... My BL-M8100 levers still works perfectly, but now they feel like garbage in comparison :'(; D. No play in the lever blades either.
Only tried the front brake, but they're very direct, little to no progression.
With an allen key, you can also get the pads closer or further to the disk with the barrel adjuster inside the reach adjuster, and that's the main difference with the Piccola or any other brakes as far as i know.

Any further review on the set? I'm this | - | close to ordering the LV2.

Component Deals & Selection / Re: Lightweight XC Carbon Boost Wheelset?

Have you investigated LightBicycle at all? I recently had them build me a completely custom wheelset and it was an excellent experience.  Great communication and accommodating to some last-minute changes I made.  Wheels were perfect when they arrived with all documentation of the build and original manuals for the hubset I ordered.

They are more expensive than pretty much anything on AliExpress, but there were zero surprises with spec, weight, or timing.  And much cheaper than a similar custom build locally or from the big names.

I went with their high-end rims that are as-molded (no sanding or clear coat to chip) and the finish on the rims is beautiful and flawless even after 1500 miles.

I've been using one of those price tracking services for Amazon items and noticed that both things I had my eye on today (a jigsaw and a WiFi temperature monitor for the greenhouse) both had their prices increased at the start of November and their current Cyber Monday price is inline or a bit higher than it's been in the last 30 days.

Speaking of coins how do they work? I got close to 16000 coins and see no way to spend them. During this sale, cart applied coins randomly like on one order of 300 I saved 8 dollars because of coins and similar small amounts on other orders :S

I'm with you with the confusion. I have 24,600 and no clue what to do with them.

Curious... Which one ?

A RYET one in white with carbon chassis.  I got a chance to ride one on a friend's bike for a limited time (2-3 miles). It was much more comfortable than I expected.  It's about the same weight as my current 'hard' saddles. It's shorter than what I normally ride and the nose is a bit wider, but I figured I would take a chance for 11.11.

Oof, this 11.11 is hitting my wallet hard. Carbon 3D saddle, KCNC derailleur cage, various carbon bits, tail lights, banana holder...

And yes, a lot of non-sense on AliExpress this time around with ineligible items, out-of stock items, etc.

I'm dying to know how these perform. I will order a set if you can confirm they're not complete junk from a performance standpoint.
