Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / TT extensions for integrated carbon handlebar?

I'm about to buy VB-R-168 frame with integrated handlebar, but I haven't managed to find any TT aero extensions that can fit.

I like how integrated handlebars look but I need to put extensions on it to race a triathlon...

Any idea? Any chiner handlebar with TT solution?
