29+ & 27+ / Any china-clone Stache frames with a higher BB?

Just wondering if there's a clone Stache with a little higher BB and what your experience with it is.
Also, anyone have a recommendation on 29+ carbon rims?  Looking for a pair with about 36mm-40mm inner width?
