Any chance SPcycle will do a lightweight climbing frame with T47 bottom bracket and 32c tire clearance? I know there's the SP-053D, but I'd prefer not to go with a BB86 frameset. I have an older SP-027D which I'm quite happy with. Though I might be interested in getting a climbing frame in the near future.

I have an older SPCycle frame (SP-R05) with a BB86 BB.  I got a Wheels Manufacturing threaded BB and it's "almost" like having a T47 - practically no real difference. All the ease of use, but also replaceable if there's thread damage. BB86-OUT-24mm for 24mm, BB86-OUT-SRAM7 for SRAM

Quick Q, Does eRX have a button that can control the head unit screen like Di2 (Ultegra+) has?

To clarify, with Ultegra and DA Di2, there are buttons on top of the hoods that can be programmed to page up/down on your head-unit.

I had an excellent experience with SP Cycle.

Bought an SP-R05 two years ago.  Got great support through the buying process.  Had an issue with rear spacing they helped solve.  Had a bad crash that bent my rear hanger, and they sent a new one no charge.  Quick to respond, and excellent service.

late to the game, but I'm a happy Spcycle customer.

Bought an SP R-05 frame spring 2021 (I think it's now SP R-06).  Only real issues were related to the braze on derailleur hanger (popped off and I had to re-rivet) and I needed to add a spacer (pedal washer) between the chainstay and rear wheel end cap as the chain rubbed against the chainstay. I'm using a wheels mfg threaded BB.

The bike has survived two semi-serious crashes (broken bones) and the company even sent me a new derailleur hanger for free after the 2nd crash bent the original.

Carrie always responds quickly.

(ignore the dirty drivetrain in the chain pic ... it's now perfectly clean and waxed as in the other pic)

@Spcycle What's the difference between this frame and the SP-R053?

Also, I have an SP-R05.  Has the rear axle spacing changed on this frame from the SP-R05? Are the through axles the same thread/length?
