Post by: PeterXu on April 03, 2015, 03:26:18 AM
We can assemble any road wheels tubular/clincher  20.5/23/25mm width rims with DT 180S/DT 240S hubs, Dt 350S road hubs as well

Here are some pictures for reference

Hi Peter, do you have straight pull hubs available as well (for MTB)?

Yes, of course, DT 240S hubs straight pull type, and Bitex straight pull hubs

Given I just had a Bitex hub fail, I would recommend the DT Swiss 240s hubs.

Hi CD would you care to elaborate please. You're the first person I have heard of that has anything negative to say r.e. the Bitex hubs. It must be said though I do not have any extensive reasearch about them yet.

TIA

I have posted detailed info in this thread, (the search function works well on Chinertown), here is the link:

In summary the free hub body broke apart a bit, but Bitex sent a replacement  from China free of charge so in the end they did a great job of warrantying their product.  However, I believe the DT Swiss ratchet design is simpler and more reliable.

DT Swiss hubs are cool and lightweight
