Did you consider the new version of the popular CFR-505 ?
I prefer its thinner tubes compared to others, and with appropriate wheels on it, it can look like a road bike too.
It has a bit more tire clearance, the UDH and T47 BB and lighter than its predecessor.

Personally I prefer the Darevie men's bibs
Yes, I hardly had better shorts than these for the price, just a bit short on legs compared to their other shorts.
I just asked them if they plan to make winter tights with the same pad.
If we are many asking, maybe they will move  8)

My women's Ykywbike thermo jacket arrived today.
Great! I will go and ask them if they have the men equivalent.

Okay so now that I’ve done some digging and research, I’ve come upon Switfoto, which sells skinsuits and speed suits with an “Italy MITI” chamois…not really sure where it’s actually from but I trust it’s not trash. Suit has good reviews and aero sleeves, which is what I really want.

Has anyone ever tried sewing the back of a cycling jersey onto a short?
Not as aero as a suit, but easier to have a good top/bottom fit, and keep the jersey in place.

Yes, but you have to get off the bike to reach the lever.
You can reach it while riding, not practical but possible 8)

May I know your height?
I am 174cm ( 5'9") and use a size M frame with a 60 mm Carbonda handlebar. I feel 1 cm short.
178cm, long legs(89cm inseam) long harms.
Everyone is different.
For a coming build, I suggested the guy to go first with a stem+bar first.
UNO stems are cheap to test. And when he's sure, we'll get him the integrated bar.
Cheaper and more precise than a bike fit.

I always want to use a 70mm integrated handlebar. Now I found it thanks.
Does washers and chassis come with handlebar match with fm909 frame?
Yes, it matched.
However there is no rubber sleeve integrated, it would have made the bearings more protected

Where to get carbon spokes for straighpull hubs?

I know only the ones that come with lightbicycle wheels.
But you may ask them if they sell them separately. There are rounded and aero versions.
You need a special wrench to tighten them like this dt-swiss one.
And get from them a tiny spoke holder, or build it yourself.

Anyone dared to take the chance on this frame?
Looks like a aethos clone and with a lot lower weight than the other clone options.
Sold by a Auto-store, not exactly confidence inspiring :)

How do you protect the chainstay?

I bought a roll of helicopter tape on Amazon, and cut a kind of trapeze(20-25cm long, 25mm at the derailleur - 15mm at the BB) with rounded corners on all bikes I build

As the CFR505/SL is a gravel frame, I would assume it's designed to be compliant and absorb vibration. I've been riding mine for a few weeks now, definitely a very comfortable ride. If you're looking for a super stiff race bike, this would not be it.

Put 25mm tires on a deep carbon wheelset, and you'll get a stiff bike feel with it 8)
Compliance comes from big tires, and the 27.2 seatpost(something you can't make stiffer  ;D), the frame and fork are not flexing at all.
