Looks very nice  :D

Did you have the chance to ride it. If yes, how does it feel so far? Any problems?

Looking forward to get my frame and wheels.

Thank you.

The complete process of ordering with specifying paint, parts, and building has been a no issue (and pleasant) adventure so far.
Some really minor things are;
Tracking of the frame, a notice of a booked parcel and then nothing for 20days, and the last 1-2 days were packed with updates. Not a product quality issue.
Next minor notice, and im being quite picky now, is that the rear axle threads in place somewhat with resistance.
Hunch is that derallieur hanger and axle thread tolerances are not the same as the carbon parts.
To be honest, those are just small farts in a storm as comparison.

Did a initial 60min ride and pushed it a bit.
Im about 82-84kgs, Pmax of 1300w roughly on a super light frame, size 56 and my reaction is undisputed happiness.
Frame feels stiff and as per geometry of frame, right on target.

For a safety check of handlebar + stem check, I hanged my whole body wheight on the drops and jumped/rocked up and down. Solid as can be.

To summorize so far, _really_ satisfied.

The smallest width I have seen with large Flair so far is 360 on the top.

But I can't tell about the quality of Ryet.

Cockpits smaller than 360 are really rare. I've only seen some for road with no Flair at all or only 20mm more width in the drops. If that's acceptable there are some 340mm Cockpits.. Lexon does have one, Ullicyc has one and if I remember correct Airwolf had also a 340.

My Lexon shopping experience was not the greatest by the way.. if it was not for the geometry of the handlebar I would have sent also the second handlebar back. The first one was out of spec and couldn't be even mounted on the fork...

Thanks guys, that is exactly what i am looking for.
The XYZ is quiete expensiv, and i dont find a lot of informations about the company. The Hookless Version is 1270 gramms and the hooked version 1300, so pretty good. Production Time around 4 weeks, but i didnot pull the trigger. Over 2000$ for a company i never heard of and no reviews about the Company is to risky. They offered a small discount but still to expensiv.

No answer right now from Tantan, hope their Wheelset is less expensiv but we will see;)

When I was looking to buy a gravel bike, I was doing some research on reddit, here in chinertown, and other communities.

and it was interesting to see that everyone had a different geometry for their ideal gravel bike.

In my case

1. road geometry (although I don't mind a higher stack)
2. tire clearance with at least 29*2.2 tires
3. support 10-52t cassette and 42t or 40t 1by chainring.

If you could customize the geometry from a to z, what would be the geometry of your ideal gravel bike?

Got some new shoes for the purple bike. I asked the seller to ship without PCW branding but these are what showed up. I will likely remove the decals eventually.

Hello dear friends, have a nice day! As the carbon wheelsets market continues to evolve, our factory is ready to start building a new batch of carbon wheelset molds. What is your Dream carbon wheelset? Please give your suggestions generously, including carbon wheelset type, inner and outer width, weight requirements, spokes and hubs, etc. Effective and practical suggestions will be adopted and surprise gifts will be given to you! Please actively participate! Thank you very much for your suggestions!

First of all props to you Leon for doing a market benchmark. Means you are smart and also doing it by feeling through what people say is what people do.

My 2 cents are the following. 1 improve your website, 2 have some fully prebuilt options rather than leaving everything for the end user (most won't understand much than
a) how they look,
b) how much they weight
c) how much they cost
d) how deep they are

Yes, you'll always have people who want fully custom bla bla bla. That's about creating and developing a super nice wheel online configurator. Much better that lightbycicle. Text me if you need help on this.

Anyway market seems to follow the trend:
1- Wavy and non wavy wheels
2- Light. Weight matters
3- Different carbon layups
4- Medium low noise hubs
5- Larger outter width. Minimum most people use nowadays is 28, and most are shifting to 30 and 32 - the larger the frame allows. Internal width minimum 21.
6- Rim brakes u probably know best the market but not sure it's worth any development in that direction.
7- Stiffness/spokes confort vs Stiffness vs maintenance
8- Dropshipping/warehouse inside the EU for faster delivery and receiving.
9- wheels for ebikes with some bits and bytes

This is a mix between business advice and wheel but I think u get the point. This industry is not so focused on this. Opportunity is not in the wheels itself;)

What's the difference between the QED chainrings, and the optional chainrings supplied with the PES? I'm trying to understand by Magene's QED video.

Are the QED rings similar to SRAM Red's one-piece design?

The arow is literally a stevens arcalis front with a wider head tube, slightly different top tube, marginally different dimensions and a tavelo attack rear end

Came across that one http://www.adapt-bikes.com/Products-detail?product_id=101
Looks like it has some of the aero features you're after.
