What sources does anyone have for best prices (who will export overseas):

You're going to have to be a little more specific. Overseas means nothing to us since we don't know what continent you're in, we have people from every continent posting
Quality brand name is also quite vague. We're on chinertown, many of us would call 9velo/ZTTO/elita one/magene reputable or quality brands. Do you mean western as in prologo, SMP or san marco?
We have threads to discuss saddles and handlebars and the tldr seems to be that "the one" clones are the best value handlebars at a budget and saddles to be too personal so it's best you take measurements and see what fits among the recommendations
